| Financial Aid Ability to Benefit Form, Kekaulike Information and Service Center (PDF Form)
Applicants who indicated on their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) that they have not graduated from high school, received a General Education Development (GED) certificate, or you left this question blank. To be eligible for financial assistance, you must have a high school diploma, GED certificate, or pass a U.S. Department of Education approved test (e.g. COMPASS test), or have completed home schooling that state law treats as a home or private school.

| Financial Aid Dual Enrollment Authorization Form, Kekaulike Information and Service Center (PDF Form)
Applicants taking at least 6 credits at Kapi'olani Community College, KCC is your home institution, and will be concurrently enrolled at another UH system school may be eligible for financial assistance. You must meet with an academic advisor to complete this form to confirm that the credits will transfer back to KCC towards your current degree you are seeking.
