Locating Your UH Number
What is a UH Number?
Your UH Number is a unique 8-digit identification number now being used in place of a Social Security Number (SSN). It is displayed on your instructors' class lists and your acceptance letter.
What is it Used For?
You will be asked to provide your UH Number when filling out application forms, requesting a student id, requesting a registration override, etc. It is being used for authentication purposes.
How Do I Find My UH Number in MyUH?
You can locate your UH Number through the MyUH Portal. You will need to do the following:
- Go to MyUH (Under Related Links).
- Log in with your UH Username and Password.
- After successfully logging in, click on any of the Academic Services links available.
- Your UH Number will appear on the top right of the screen below your name.
How Else Can I Find My UH Number?
To find your UH Number, you will need to do the following:
- Go to the Managing Your UH Username (Under Related Links).
- Sign in with your UH Username and Password.
- After successfully signing in, your UH Number will appear at the top left of the screen.
