- Cash (US dollars only)
- Check (payable to University of Hawaii)
- Money Order
- Credit Card (MasterCard® or Visa®)

Download, fill out and print the Registration Payment Form. The form is available in MS Word and PDF formats. You can view, fill, and print the PDF form if you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
Mail or hand deliver this form to: Kekaulike Information & Service Center (see contact information below).
Warning: Checks must be received by the deadline.
Having your payment postmarked by the deadline is not sufficient.
