Ohelo is the culinary arts building, including a bakery and two fine-dining restaurants, Tamarind and Ka'Ikena Laua'e, and their training kitchens. The restaurants are known in the local gourmet community for their fantastic food and view. Reservations are offered for lunch and dinner seatings.
