Transferring Within The UH System
If you are planning to transfer to a University of Hawai`i system school you should obtain the program requirements of the intended program of study. Information on UH System four and two year colleges; program advising sheets from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, Hilo, and West Oahu; school catalogs; and college guides are available at the Maida Kamber Center for Career & Transfer Services (`Ilima 104, phone 808.734.9500).
If you are also working toward an associate degree at KCC, obtain the program requirements of your KCC program of study. Program requirements are in the college catalog. When selecting courses, compare the course requirements of your KCC program and the transfer program you are interested in. In order to complete all requirements in the most efficient manner, you should consider courses that will fulfill requirements for both programs whenever possible.
