This is a table d'hote menu.  You will receive a complete meal, including Regular or Decaffienated Coffee, Hot Tea, or Iced Tea for the price of your entree.

Service Tuesday-Friday by reservations
Seatings at 5:30pm, 5:45 pm and 6:00 pm

Appetizers:
  • Grilled Kahuku Eggplant and Ahi Tartare Perfumed with White Truffle oil, served with Big Island Goat Cheese, Parmesan Wafer and Black Vinegar Reduction

  • Chilled Kona Baby Abalone and Daikon with Kahuku Sea Asparagus Salad, Miso Mustard Sauce and Ginger Scallion

  • Misoyaki Butterfish served with Sauteed Ali'i Mushrooms, Edamame Beurre Blanc Sauce, garnished with Kabayaki Sauce, Hijiki, Pea shoots and Tobiko

  • Island Chicken Confit Spring Roll with Grilled Hawaiian Pineapple, Okinawan Sweet Potato Salad, served with a Sweet and Sour Plum Sauce, garnished with Micro Greens

Second Course:
  • Marinated Big Island Hearts of Palm, Carpaccio of Roasted Local Beets, Waialua Asparagus Salad and Kau Orange with Red Wine Shiso Vinaigrette garnished with Micro Shiso


  • Nalo Greens with Calamansi Soy Vinaigrette, Candied Macadamia Nuts, Ho's Farm Tomatoes, Roasted Corn and Angel Hair of Daikon

  • Kona Mussel and Sweet Ewa Corn Bisque with Pipikaula Braised Kale and Shoestring Kalo, Drizzled with Herb Oil and garnished with Corn Sprouts
